A really busy
restaurant is usually a very good restaurant, and no Sunday brunch is
busier than
The HotHouse Cafe. Fortunately, this is a huge restaurant
seating nearly 500 people, including the summertime patio and because
the brunch layout is so well planned, including four separate sections
with six simultaneous lineups at once, there never seems to be a
wait.
The HotHouse Cafe
brunch has one numerous awards, including the prestigious Now magazine
readers choice award for several years standing. The buffet features
a vast selection of freshly made salads, breads, cheeses and hot
items, often including seafood, a hip of beef, lasagna and other
Italian treats as well as traditional breakfast offerings like omelets
and waffles. But perhaps the best thing about this buffet is the
$14.95 price. Furthermore, their desert buffet (which is included in
this price) is really outstanding with a huge selection of freshly
baked pies and cakes as well as fresh fruits and cheeses. Other
Toronto
restaurants charge over 21.95 for lesser buffets which never seemed to
be as fresh. By offering the buffet at a very competitive price
The
HotHouse Cafe is able to attract enough people to be able to replenish
the food every couple of minutes which means every things fresh. As
an added treat, they play live jazz during the buffet which makes this
and even more enjoyable experience.
How could this buffet
the improved. For the money, it can't.
