Daniel et Daniel located on 248 Carlton Street, just west of Parliament Street in Cabbagetown, is by far Toronto's finest catering company. They also have a small takeout shop and it's well worth the trip for their buttery croissant's, incredible homemade Pate, their Quiche Lorraine (loaded with ham and cheese), their traditional French desserts and just about anything else they sell.

This established (20+ years) Toronto catering company has two French partners, each with the name Daniel, one an expert French trained chef and the second, the Chief Event Planner & Business manager. For the quality of their food, their prices are reasonable. The full quiche is around $12, the Pate is under $20 a kilogram and their deserts are about the same price as grocery store bakery deserts. This is a very busy little take out shop and everything sells by the end of the day so you're advised to visit early for the best selection.
